A lived experience recovery organisation.
Hope begins here.
The Well Communities is a peer-led recovery organisation built on support, inclusion, and lived experience. For more than a decade, we’ve helped people across North Lancashire and Cumbria overcome drug and alcohol challenges, rebuild confidence, and move toward healthier, more hopeful lives.
We offer free, long-term support for anyone affected by addiction, offending, homelessness, mental health challenges, or trauma. Our community-led approach – supported by skilled professionals and trusted partners – creates safe, welcoming spaces where people can belong, grow, and give back.
Recovery isn’t something you have to do alone. At The Well Communities, recovery is something we do together.
